Humans are like plants: Mindful Leadership
Human beings are very much like plants, not all of us are made the same and we all need different “light, water, and soil”. As a leader aka cultivators of our company’s garden of plants, we need to recognize these different needs and most importantly, give them space after giving them these needs to adapt to their environment. In this video, I’ll be talking about different types of plants that may resound with you about a team member and let us consider, as leaders, how we want to create an environment where all of us can thrive, ourselves included.
