As we come to the 1 year anniversary of the Black Live Matter protests in 2020, we are going past the initiation reactions and the continuous promise to do better. But, exactly how far have we come and what can we do more to create sustainable change? I sit down with Koy, culture & executive consultant, to dig deep into this multi-layered knot around how businesses can continue to improve the culture of their company so that all human beings can be treated equally. The Black Lives Matter movement has been active since 2013 and the impact of the Black Lives Matter protests has moved many companies and brands to acknowledge that internally and externally, they need to do better. This video focuses on what to do now, after a year from that first initial reaction online of promising to do better and how companies can continue to create change.
